Making a booking

Appointments are booked through our online booking system. The terms shown at the time of booking are the ones that apply to your appointment. View the booking system.

Confirming your appointment

• New clients: please DM us on Instagram before booking.
• All appointments must be confirmed the night before by DM on Instagram.

Patch tests

A patch test is required before lash extensions, LVL and brow lamination if you haven’t had the treatment with us before. LVL & Brow Lami requires a patch test. Please arrange this at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule using the link in your booking confirmation email, subject to availability.

Deposits & cancellations
